Assistant Professional - Norfolk Golf Club The position will assist with the management of the daily golf operations including managing play on first tee, protecting and controlling assets, supervising golf staff, merchandising the pro shop, managing tournaments, and providing the members and guests with an exceptional golf experience. Specific Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the total golf operations in a professional and efficient manner in the absence of Head Golf Professional. Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests. Control daily tee sheet and first tee, especially at turn. Assist in the merchandising of golf shop, changing displays, folding, and moving clothing around on a weekly basis. Assist in tournament operations, scorecards, scoreboards, and running first tee. Need to be efficient in Golf Genius software. Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image while on property. Run the Junior Golf Program and PGA Junior League program of the highest quality with assistance from Head Professional. Dates
April 1 st - December 1 st Pay Rate & Hours
Salary based on experience $1150 - $1250/week. 40 to 55 hours per week Lessons
100% of all lessons, junior golf program, PGA Jr League, Women's clinics Additional Benefits
