This position is responsible for the completion of Finance Vendor Management Audits, ensuring critical fields within the VMDM application are complete and in compliance for the Ahold Delhaize vendor community. This position also supports Admin II team members in their day-to-day tasks. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC. Responsibilities

Perform audit of GIACT results to ensure appropriate validation of banking information, ensuring vendors are set-up accurately and take appropriate action based on findings Perform audit of TINCheck results to ensure payers file accurately reflects payee TIN and Name combinations and take appropriate action based on findings Perform audit of D&B results to ensure credit checks are accurately reflected and take appropriate action based on findings Perform audit on critical attributes within VMDM application to ensure compliance with internal controls. Participate in VMDM demo/SIT/UAT testing Assist in researching and resolving inquiries from vendors, VMO and/or VMDM Ensure VMO and VMDM escalation spreadsheet is appropriately updated for identified issues Audit/review of Sega, ensuring set-ups/updates are appropriately reflected Provide guidance and training to other team members (Administrator II team members), assisting them in prioritizing their day-to-day work/tasks Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values Requirements

Accounting acumen and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Position requires knowledge of excel and Microsoft office as well as ability to navigate through various databases/systems Must be detail oriented Ability to prioritize and balance large workload to meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience 2-4 years' experience ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $26.54 - $39.81
