Receptionist – H&R Block
Join our team as a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist and help our clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will greet clients, schedule appointments, match them with the right tax professional, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred).
Experience & Skills
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range
$11.00 – $27.00 / hr (local minimum wage laws apply).
