At Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, we are seeking a 3rd‑Shift Maintenance Technician to perform essential maintenance duties throughout the night.

What Will You Be Doing?
Perform scheduled and as‑needed overnight inspections across the hotel
Troubleshoot and repair minor issues in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and associate maintenance requests
Assist in emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, power failures) to help keep everyone safe
Maintain detailed logs and report urgent repair needs to the Engineering leadership team
Operate tools, equipment, and systems safely and efficiently
What Will You Bring to the Role?
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of experience in general maintenance or building operations (preferred)
Familiarity with basic repair techniques across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Availability to work 11 PM–7 AM, including weekends and holidays
A team‑first attitude and a commitment to safety and quality
