(REMOTE). You will work directly with project managers and customers, delivering software solutions for implementation projects that achieve high customer satisfaction and successful adoption.

What You Will Do
Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for:
Managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously to successfully implement the prescriptive methodology, delivering in‑scope, on‑budget, on‑time projects with high satisfaction.
Executing all aspects of the implementation process: consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, unit and integration testing, training, data cleansing, and migration.
Maintaining deep knowledge of Sage Intacct, including advanced modules and the latest product features.
Configuring and implementing Sage Intacct based on customer‑specific processes and industry best practices.
Developing and deploying implementation project plans that deliver on time, on budget, and optimize ROI.
Coaching and mentoring less experienced implementation resources.
Conducting training for end users at all levels and translating system functionality to business requirements.
Documenting business requirements into configurable solutions using best practices and visual process flowcharts.
Responding to technical support issues related to implementation.
Designing and building industry‑specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
Communicating promptly, concisely, and friendly, providing high‑quality service aligned with customer goals.
Contributing to the knowledge repository of deployment best practices to enhance repeatability of service delivery.
Mentoring Associate and Senior Solution Architects on processes, Sage Intacct modules, and project management.
Serving as an escalation point for project issues.
Learn and grow from direct on‑the‑job coaching, mentoring, and firm‑wide learning programs.
Network and build strong internal and client relationships leveraging entrepreneurial skills.
Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business, or MIS) with a general understanding of accounting terms through courses or experience.
1+ years of consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
Consulting experience covering the entire software delivery life cycle, or end‑user experience with implementation or upgrade.
Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for efficient data mapping, integration, and migration.
Strong time‑management, communication, relationship‑building, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Leadership, project‑management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and adaptability.
Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation range for this role is $80,990 to $153,550. Actual compensation is influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
