We are seeking a General Manager for a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The General Manager will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant’s day‑to‑day operations, including hiring, training, motivating, and coaching staff. Partner with a senior leader to establish and meet restaurant goals; set department and shift manager objectives. Manage department managers and supervise the performance of departments. Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring high levels of customer service. Help hire and develop department and shift managers. Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to increase profitability. Qualifications
Previous experience as a General Manager running high‑volume quick‑service restaurants. Background in hospitality, retail, or quick‑service restaurant operations. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits
