Job Description The end-client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to serve in a Solution Architect capacity, responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and integration of Salesforce-based enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on developer and technical problem-solver with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns, capable of driving projects from requirements through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce APEX classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce Pages to meet business requirements.
Apply object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Configure Salesforce environments, manage data operations, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Maintain and produce comprehensive technical documentation to support solution design and deployment.
Required Skills and Experience
10+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including APEX, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Prior experience working with State or Public Sector agencies.
Proven expertise in Salesforce OOP, SOA, and design patterns for enterprise applications.
Strong hands‑on experience with .NET OOP principles and service-oriented architectures.
Solid working knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
Experience with end-to-end web application development and system integration.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and abstract thinking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven with the ability to lead workstreams independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of integration tools and APIs (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP services).
