The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree and senior-level HR certification preferred, and at least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a management role. Candidates should bring strong strategic HR leadership skills, experience with HRIS system implementation, and a proven track record in performance management and professional development. Your familiarity with California labor laws and experience in non-profit or mission-driven organizations will be advantageous.
