A law firm seeks a Technology Transactions Attorney in Palo Alto, California. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in technology transactions, focusing on high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing.
Duties
Draft and negotiate complex licensing arrangements. Advise on transactional privacy, compliance, and regulatory matters. Provide counsel on open source software and artificial intelligence systems. Manage and prioritize multiple projects independently and collaboratively. Contribute to practice group training and development. Requirements
2-5 years of experience in technology transactions. Experience with intellectual property licensing preferred. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to draft customized agreements for client needs. Desire to stay updated on legal developments. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Bar admission in the state of California. Skills
