Lead Technical Recruiter
We are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to serve as a SOW Vendor for the State of Missouri ServiceNow projects.
Qualifications / Experience
5+ years of experience with successful large‑scale project engagements within a state government that utilize best security practices.
2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL 4 framework and CSDM v4.0 framework.
2+ years of experience with integrations between dissimilar systems (Cloud, Mainframe, Midrange, Network, Microsoft systems).
State of Missouri ServiceNow experience is highly preferred.
Team Composition Required
Working Team (minimum 2+ years ServiceNow & ITSM experience):
Leading and managing ServiceNow projects
ITSM & ITIL 4 framework experience
ServiceNow CSDM v4.0 or higher framework and implementation
Configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules:
CMDB, Change Management, Request Management
Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) and integration experience: building IAM/IGA solutions at enterprise scale, architecture of RBAC, integration with ServiceNow, Active Directory and M365.
Microsoft Ecosystem experience: M365, Microsoft Active Directory.
State‑specific knowledge – working knowledge of the State of Missouri’s current ticketing system, Cherwell.
Two+ years of State‑Specific knowledge.
