Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, building relationships, a deep understanding of the adult alcohol beverage industry, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our portfolio of exceptional products and drive sales growth within an expanding market.
70% On-Premise / 30% Off-Premise
Key Responsibilities: Execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, including retailers, restaurants, bars and event venues
Conduct product presentations and weekly tastings to educate customers and promote our portfolio of adult alcohol beverages
Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new accounts to expand market presence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives
Collaborate with key accounts to execute effective sales campaigns and initiative to build brand awareness and create velocity in accounts
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the adult alcohol beverage industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and driven with a passion for the adult alcohol beverage industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
