About the role Our Litigation Group, based in Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting. The group handles a broad range of complex commercial disputes, representing clients across industries in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.

Experience in employment law, contract disputes, lender liability, or creditors’ rights is preferred but not required.

Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.

Admission to the D.C. Bar (or eligibility for waiver/admission).

Highly motivated and a team player.

Similar or open mindset that aligns with the firm’s values and commitment to delivering excellent quality legal counsel for its clients.
