General Manager – Jacksonville, FL
Location: Jacksonville, Florida. Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Hours: flexible shifts, part‑time options available.
Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead and coach Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and improve performance.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build an effective team.
Collaborate with the corporate office to align operational objectives and maintain brand standards.
Qualifications
18 years or older.
Previous General Manager experience managing high‑volume quick‑service restaurants (preferred), or experience in hospitality or retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends.
