General Manager – Independent franchisee operated McDonald's restaurant. Responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness to McDonald’s critical customer standards.
Responsibilities
Set restaurant goals in partnership with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers; set their goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching to improve departmental performance.
Oversee hiring, development, and retention of Department and Shift Managers.
Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness across all operations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Prior General Manager experience at high‑volume quick‑service restaurants (preferred).
Background in hospitality, retail, or related field (strongly desired).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage operations with accountability for profit and customer experience.
