In this role you will have the opportunity to drive commercial growth and elevate brand excellence across the region. Reporting to the Area Director – Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, you will lead key strategic projects, maximize market opportunities, and shape the future of our brands.
Responsibilities
Lead the region's commercial and brand building strategy, ensuring the achievement of key objectives and performance targets.
Develop and strengthen relationships with regional distribution partners, driving business plans and long-term growth.
Own the delivery of Profit and NSV targets, proactively managing risks, opportunities, and market dynamics.
Drive brand strategy and execution, aligning annual brand plans with distributors and global teams to maximize market share and brand equity.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market insights, pricing strategies, and value chain optimization to drive sustainable growth.
Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is a strategic and commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of the spirits industry. They excel at building strong relationships with distributors, aligning commercial priorities, and ensuring best‑in‑class execution. Qualifications & Skills
Strong business acumen.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Advanced influencing skills and account management capabilities.
Effective problem‑solving skills and good analysis skills.
Ability to manage complex markets and achieve business objectives.
Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
