Draft and review motions, pleadings, and briefs for IP disputes. Handle discovery requests, including drafting and responding to document requests, interrogatories, and depositions. Assist with trademark oppositions, cancellations, and USPTO proceedings. Conduct legal research and prepare memos on non-patent IP issues. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case review. Requirements
JD from an accredited law school. 2-4 years of general litigation experience. Strong analytical and writing skills. Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently. Competent in legal research and document management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Education
