Corporate Events is a team of event professionals who use strategic project management and solutions‑oriented customer service to plan best‑in‑class events that support the company’s key initiatives and corporate calendar. The primary responsibility of the Corporate Events Associate is to provide support to the team in planning and executing events. This includes a wide range of activities, such as coordinating vendors, organizing logistics, managing budgets, communicating with key stakeholders, and assisting with event planning and execution. This role will also play a vital part in providing comprehensive support to the organization, focusing on administrative tasks and system maintenance.

Base pay range $15.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Must‑Have Skills

1+ years of corporate or professional event planning experience

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and event planning tools (e.g., SharePoint, room scheduling systems)

Key Responsibilities

Support the Corporate Events team in planning and executing company events aligned with business objectives

Coordinate logistics, including vendor management, venues, travel arrangements, and event materials

Assist with event setup, layouts, diagrams, and technology coordination

Provide administrative support, including document preparation and conference room scheduling

Manage expense tracking, order processing, and time tracking metrics

Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth execution of all event operations

Collaborate with internal partners (Media, IT, Global Security, Aviation) and external vendors to deliver successful events
