The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a

Product Security Engineer Lead (Product Security Test Engineer)

to join our cyber test capability team in

Oklahoma City, OK; Las Vegas, NV; or Long Beach, CA .

In addition to specific program responsibilities, the successful candidate will be joining the growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability. They will be joining a team of advanced Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise, collaboratively developing best practices, techniques and tools, while fostering a community that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Position Responsibilities Include

Lead the planning and development of cyber test events for avionics systems.

Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.

Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.

Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation

Represent Red Team in engagements with Boeing, government, suppliers and customer leadership.

Develop and mature enterprise Cyber T&E best practices and solutions

Participate in enterprise-wide security assessments to include risk, vulnerability and penetration tests

Support incident response activities

Mentor and guide product security engineers in domain of expertise

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

3+ years of experience in security testing of RF/GPS domain

10+ years of experience in Software development

10+ years of experience in cyber or software test

5+ years of experience in leading people or teams as a technical lead engineer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience with Radio Frequency functional testing

Experience with Commercial and Defense Aerospace products

Summary pay range for lead level: $174,250 – $294,000
