Associate Business Litigation Attorney – 1‑4 Years Location: Houston, TX (In‑Office)

Compensation: $130,000 – $225,000 base + bonus

Benefits: Employer‑paid health, dental, vision; 401(k) with match; 10 PTO days + 5 sick days in year one.

A highly regarded trial‑focused firm is seeking an Associate Business Litigation Attorney with 1‑4 years of experience to join its commercial litigation team. The firm represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex, high‑stakes business disputes.

About The Role You will work closely with senior attorneys and partners on significant commercial litigation matters while gaining early trial exposure. The practice covers disputes involving contracts, real estate, construction, fraud, fiduciary duty, partnerships, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, and select appellate issues. Associates are hands‑on in strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial prep.

Qualifications

1‑4 years of commercial/business litigation experience

Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar

Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

Trial prep or courtroom exposure preferred; eagerness to develop trial skills essential

Collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced, trial‑driven team

Must work in‑office in Houston, TX
