Description Join a fast‑moving, high‑volume restaurant run by an independent franchisee using the McDonald’s brand. As General Manager you’ll lead the restaurant, ensuring it is profitable and meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them in partnership with your leader.
Lead a team of Department Managers, supporting them in setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve performance.
Oversee hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future team.
Maintain profitability, quality, and customer standards across all departments.
Qualifications
Prior General Manager experience in high‑volume quick‑service restaurants.
Strong background in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry.
Minimum age 18 years.
Leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and inspire teams.
