Position Summary
Information Systems Analyst to assist the Corporate IT team. Will support US-based users in Westborough, with occasional travel to Boston, Woburn and other areas. Provide hands‑on and remote support for a variety of hardware and software platforms.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve end‑user hardware issues such as laptops, printers, conference room technology.
Liaise with third‑party support vendors as needed.
Maintain the IT hardware asset database and support automation via PowerShell scripting.
Provide expertise, training, and documentation to lower‑tier support teams.
Support higher‑tier teams with hands‑on assistance such as racking and testing of infrastructure equipment.
Support remote workers and regional sites, including provisioning and deprovisioning activities.
Stay current in relevant technologies to provide accurate technical solutions and contribute to IT policy development.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in a customer‑facing IT support role.
Minimum 3 years supporting Microsoft end‑user technologies (Windows, Office).
Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, interpersonal communication, and customer‑care skills.
PowerShell scripting experience.
Experience with infrastructure technology (servers, networking equipment) preferred.
Experience with an ITSM platform (ServiceNow) preferred.
ITIL certification preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 5% of the time.
Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills.
Education 4‑year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience Level Intermediate.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based in Coral Gables, FL. Full‑onsite.
Pay Range $55.91 – $60.91 per hour.
