Position Overview
Complex Commercial Litigation Associate with 2‑5 years of experience to join a prestigious boutique law firm. The associate will handle research, document production, respond to interrogatories, and may appear in court and take depositions.
Maryland bar license is a plus. Fully remote role with occasional in‑person meetings. The firm promotes work‑life balance, offering flexible scheduling and a 1,800‑hour billable requirement. Training from former Big Law attorneys and opportunity to build a practice.
Responsibilities
Organize cases, manage documentation, conduct legal research.
Prepare and respond to interrogatories and other discovery documents.
Assist with deposition preparation and participate in client meetings.
Act as needed in court proceedings.
Qualifications
2‑5 years of litigation experience in complex commercial matters.
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Maryland bar admission.
Experience with deposition and trial work is an advantage.
Compensation Base salary range: $160,000.00‑$200,000.00 per year.
