Building Commissioning Engineer (M.E./E.E.) - Hybrid
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our services include energy audits, feasibility studies, development and evaluation of design concepts, commissioning, measurement and verification (M&V), and monitoring of building performance and systems. Responsibilities
Lead and execute commissioning projects from beginning to close‑out.
Conduct condition assessments and energy audits for existing facilities.
Support the development of innovative energy concepts for new and existing buildings.
Provide project management and coordination on small‑ and medium‑sized projects to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule.
Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other project team members.
Produce summary reports and presentations and deliver them to clients, multidisciplinary project teams, and other relevant parties.
Support business development activities including networking at industry events, developing, and maintaining client relationships, and preparation of proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
5+ years of commissioning/energy‑related experience.
Working knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems, BAS, and controls systems.
Certifications desired: EIT, PE, CEM, CCP, CPMP, BEAP, LEED AP.
Experience in BAS/BMS/control systems testing and integration is an advantage.
Comfortable meeting with clients and contractors; strong technical skills.
Experience with mid‑size to large commercial projects such as new buildings and existing facility upgrades.
