Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Are you ready to lead engineering excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment?

Our client is seeking an experienced leader to drive innovation and efficiency within their plant’s engineering function. This role focuses on optimizing processes and equipment, while collaborating with quality and maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence.

Lead the development and evaluation of manufacturing methods to enhance plant capabilities, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Analyze workflow and space utilization to design and implement optimal equipment and workspace layouts.

Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure efficient and safe production.

Coordinate new equipment requirements, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with contract specifications through testing and validation.

Act as a project manager for select projects, using defined methodologies to plan scope, costs, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Prepare detailed proposals and justifications that align with operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

Leverage internal and external resources to execute projects effectively, providing direction and guidance to Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to solve problems quickly and sustainably.

Mentor and develop staff, encouraging ownership and accountability.

Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment, reinforcing safety policies and protective equipment requirements.

Qualifications:

5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience in engineering or a related technical role.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Proven leadership experience, with a willingness to be “hands‑on.”

Ability to operate in a flat organizational structure with shared accountabilities.

Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with familiarity in AutoCAD.

Detail‑oriented and process‑oriented, capable of multitasking, and a team player.

Willingness to work various shift schedules to implement and complete projects.
