Coforge is seeking a well reputed sales executive with deep industry connections in Chicago and the broader Mid-West Retail & CPG Industry to drive exponential growth, forge strategic partnerships and deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of solution led selling, focused on large deal origination and executive level engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account penetration across Retail & CPG clients
Originate and close large ($20M+ TCV) and Mid-sized ($5M+ TCV) deals through consultative, solution-based selling
Build and nurture CXO-level relationships across the Mid-West region
Leverage Coforge’s domain expertise and alliances to shape winning propositions
Collaborate with delivery, solution and marketing teams to accelerate pipeline velocity
Represent Coforge at industry forums, trade shows and thought leadership events
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in Retail & CPG, with a proven track record of hunting and closing large strategic deals
Strong network of decision-makers in Chicago and Mid-West Retail & CPG landscape
Deep understanding of industry trends - omnichannel, supply chain, personalization and digital transformation
Experience in selling IT services, consulting and integrated solutions
High energy, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
