The IT Systems and Support Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure while providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal users. This hybrid role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of systems and services across the company, while serving as the primary point of contact for IT requests, troubleshooting, and user enablement. While this is a remote, work‑from‑home position, candidates must reside in one of the following metro areas: Houston, Dallas, Austin, Orlando, Tampa, or Miami. It is required to have reliable internet connectivity and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across multiple locations using virtual tools. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE and Location WHY KYO?

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to internal support tickets promptly and document resolutions in the IT knowledge base. Train staff on new technologies and promote IT best practices. Troubleshoot issues with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices. System Administration & Infrastructure Management

Administer and support company SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Jira, Genesys, and DocuSign. Manage user provisioning, access control, and deprovisioning during onboarding/offboarding processes. Support the company’s MDM platform (e.g., JAMF) for device management and compliance. Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues proactively. Maintain documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures. Procurement & Asset Management

Oversee procurement, deployment, tracking, and return of company devices (laptops, tablets, monitors, etc.). Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets. Ensure devices and software are configured in compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards. Security & Compliance

Ensure security of systems and data through access management and monitoring. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and internal security protocols. Regularly update systems and applications to ensure protection from vulnerabilities. QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 4–6 years combined experience in IT administration and help desk support. Technical Skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace administration, Jira, Genesys, DocuSign, and other SaaS applications. Experience with macOS, Windows, and mobile device platforms (iOS/Android). Familiarity with MDM tools such as JAMF or similar solutions.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.

Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. PHYSICAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods. Manual dexterity for data entry and standard office equipment use. Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as manuals and training materials. Minimal physical effort and risk exposure. Reliable home office setup with stable internet connectivity.
