Senior/Staff Accountant
to support continued global growth and ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and operational excellence.
About The Role As a
Senior/Staff Accountant , you’ll play a key role in managing complex accounting functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, and supporting both month‑end and year‑end close processes. You’ll collaborate across departments to drive reporting accuracy, enhance processes, and provide insights that support strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency or cost control.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required).
3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on general ledger and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting best practices.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
