Role Overview
As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist you will focus on wowing clients today and in the future by providing friendly, personalized service, matching clients to the best tax professional, scheduling appointments, ensuring all client needs are met, maintaining office cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients as they prefer, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service
- Maintain office cleanliness and resource organization with team members
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience working in a fast‑paced customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task and strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $11.00 – $27.00 per hour (subject to local minimum wage laws). Successful candidates may also participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, and may be eligible to enroll in medical, prescription drug, retirement, assistance, fitness center, travel accident insurance, and associate discount programs.
