A Typical Day

Helping others is what we do best. As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist, you will focus on wowing clients now and in the future, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring their needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best‑suit tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
