Essential Job Duties

Conducting routine and preventive maintenance inspections on:

Life Safety Systems

Fire Detection and Suppression Systems

Security Systems

CCTV (Closed‑Circuit Television) Systems

Equipment Monitoring Systems

Other miscellaneous electronic systems and subsystems

Installing, maintaining, and modifying fire detection and suppression systems, Life Safety equipment, card access systems, CCTV, and equipment monitoring tools.

Responding to repair requests and troubleshooting issues with various electronic components to ensure systems operate at peak performance.

Coordinating with other teams and vendors to guarantee timely inspections and installations.

Requirements and Preferences Minimum Experience/Education: High School Diploma or completion of GED

Department Required Skills

Experience working with security systems, and CCTV systems.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electronic systems.

Knowledge of safety codes and regulations related to Life Safety systems is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and vendors.

Preferred Experience Experience working with fire alarm systems

Recruitment Anticipated Hiring Range: $26.44 an hour
