Host Home Supervisor (Contract Monitor)
Full‑time supervisor role for our Host Home Services in the Central and Southwest Iowa regions, based in the Des Moines area with work‑from‑home flexibility and travel requirements.
LSI offers a $500 sign‑on bonus for this position.
Duties
Act as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and consumers at Host Home sites.
Provide support, assistance, and instruction to consumers to facilitate personal growth and independence.
Facilitate and participate in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers.
Oversee contractual compliance and ensure providers meet quality care and contractual requirements.
Maintain a flexible schedule; occasional evening or weekend work and on‑call rotation may be required.
Qualifications
Minimum: HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience, OR Associates Degree and three years, OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field and at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, clean driving record, and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently across multiple sites.
