Overview
Be part of a team serving people with disabilities. LSI is expanding its Services for People with Disabilities and is seeking a dedicated, energetic full-time Contract Monitor for Host Home Services in the Northwest and Central Iowa regions. This position is centralized in the Ames area with some work-from-home flexibility and travel.

What You'll Do The Contract Monitor oversees specified Host Homes in the Northwest and Central Iowa area. They are responsible for the oversight of services and communicating with interdisciplinary team members. They ensure contractual compliance and that assigned independent providers deliver adequate care to consumers while meeting contractual requirements. Specific responsibilities include:
Acting as the main contact for interdisciplinary team members and for consumers at the sites
Working directly with consumers to provide support, assistance, and instruction to facilitate personal growth and independence
Facilitating and participating in interviews and evaluations related to the contracting process for independent providers
This position may require long hours, including some evenings and weekends, to ensure safety and satisfaction of the individuals served. An on-call rotation is also part of this role.
What You'll Need Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED and five years of related experience
OR Associates Degree and three years of related experience
OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a human services related field and one year of related experience
Additional years of related experience in a supervisory or leadership role are preferred
