About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join its Global Finance Leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving all financial planning and analysis activities, with a focus on developing and implementing best-in-class financial and business planning processes to support the company's growth. This role involves providing strategic financial support to senior management, including the preparation of various financial presentations and analyses. The SVP will also be a key player in the company's core financial processes, partnering with the CFO to formulate forward-looking strategies and ensuring strong business partnerships with key internal stakeholders. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive FP&A experience, with at least five years' in a corporate FP&A leadership position. Experience in the software and SaaS industry is essential, and a background in both public company and private equity settings is preferred. The role requires a high level of integrity, advanced financial acumen, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial modeling, be adept at problem-solving, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. A BA/BS degree is required, with an MBA and CPA being highly preferred. The SVP should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to drive operational excellence and a strong focus on customer success.
