Controller

to lead their accounting and financial reporting functions. The company owns and operates a diversified portfolio of distributed generation and solar energy assets, delivering clean energy solutions that support decarbonization, resiliency, and energy efficiency for commercial and institutional customers. The

Controller

will play a critical leadership role in building and overseeing the company’s accounting and financial reporting function as it continues to scale. Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and consolidations. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. Draft technical accounting memos for complex transactions such as tax equity, capital raises, and acquisitions. Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls and financial policies, including SOX compliance and audit readiness. Manage external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and lenders. Deliver investor and lender reporting packages, including KPIs, covenant tracking, and board materials. Identify and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives within the finance function. Build and mentor a high‑performing accounting team as the company continues to expand. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;

CPA required . 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles. Prior experience in

renewable energy or distributed generation

strongly preferred. Deep understanding of

project finance, tax equity, and asset-level accounting . Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
