The Work We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developers to join our dynamic transformation team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other core Salesforce technologies.
Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet complex business requirements.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST APIs and other integration methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure performance and reliability.
Location Requirement:
This role requires on‑site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 2–3 times per week.
What You Need
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce Development with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus Points If You Have
Apex programming
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
REST API integrations
JavaScript
Experience with Salesforce Billing is a strong plus.
Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist).
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
