Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Houston area and will focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development within the energy or petrochemical industries.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships Lead contract negotiations and manage complex business agreements Build and maintain long-term client relationships Collaborate cross-functionally to support project execution and client satisfaction Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans
Qualifications Proven success in business development, strategic planning, and account management Strong skills in lead generation and client relationship management Experience negotiating contracts and managing high-value deals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Analytical mindset with a focus on market intelligence and growth strategy Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Industry experience in energy or petrochemicals is highly desirable
Salary and Benefits Salary $150k - $170k +Commission Hybrid Work Schedule 401(k) with Company Match Company-Paid Life Insurance Short term & Long Term Disability Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
