Job Overview As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. The role is client‑visible, providing opportunities to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow consulting and leadership skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements so the final product meets their needs.
Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and engage directly with stakeholders.
Lead a multi‑disciplinary team of 3–5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
Guide process and design workshops, facilitate requirements sessions, and deliver high‑quality artifacts.
Provide best‑practice guidance for ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB implementations and integration with ITSM processes.
Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities, recommend improvements, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Serves a wide portfolio of clients, each with unique strengths and ambitions.
Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB processes, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in both waterfall and agile delivery models.
Excellent communication and soft‑skills (written, verbal, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related discipline.
2–4 years of ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project experience.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications:
Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
3+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
Experience with performance analytics and reporting; certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
