We are seeking a Learning Systems Specialist with deep expertise in Learning Management Systems, ideally with hands‑on experience implementing UKG Pro Learning / Schoox, to help us elevate our learning and development capabilities. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and deploying LMS functionality within the Talent track of our HCM program, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital learning experience for employees. This role will ensure our LMS is optimized for usability, compliance, and scalability, delivering a seamless learning experience for employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administration efforts UKG/Schoox LMS, including course setup, learning paths, certifications, and reporting dashboards.
Partner with HR, IT, system integrator, and LMS Power users to ensure LMS functionality aligns with business requirements.
Perform content migration, user provisioning, and system integrations with other HR tools.
Capture and document LMS governance standards, including permissions, workflows, and compliance tracking.
Support testing activities (QA and UAT) for LMS features and integrations.
Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to create training materials, user guides, and communication plans for LMS adoption.
Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
Monitor LMS analytics and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of learning activities and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in LMS administration or implementation, preferably with UKG/Schoox
Background working with large‑scale HR systems in organizations of 1,000+ employees
Strong understanding of learning processes and technologies, including SCORM/AICC, course management, compliance training, certifications, and reporting.
Experience with system configuration, data migration, and integration in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows.
Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
Excellent communication skills for partnering with stakeholders and supporting end users.
Highly Desired
Hands‑on experience with UKG Pro Learning LMS.
Experience implementing large‑scale HR technology projects.
Familiarity with Smartsheet for project tracking and Azure DevOps for requirement tracking.
