As a Tax Services Analyst‑EDGE, you will support client engagements by preparing and delivering tax information reporting (1099/1042‑S/8804), FATCA/CRS reporting, tax withholding certificate validation (Forms W‑8/9), and related reconciliations. Your Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Tax Operations practice by preparing and delivering tax information reporting and related reconciliations for engagements with banks, wealth and asset management firms and insurance companies. Participate in day‑to‑day interactions with team members and deliver quality work products to meet deadlines. Skills And Attributes For Success
Provide timely, efficient and accurate support of the production of information reporting in a volume‑driven environment within deadline‑driven time frames. Balance time between multiple projects and responsibilities, working with multiple engagement teams to serve multiple clients. Understand tax withholding certificates (Forms W‑8/W‑9) and FATCA/CRS Self‑Certification forms as well as information returns for accuracy in tax reporting. Understand vendor and client systems that support a tax operations function. Analyze bridged customer data and transaction information to identify potential errors and omissions and apply tax concepts to modify reporting. Manage internal and external communications, including documentation of client authorizations and instructions. Communicate with client tax liaisons and compliance teams to gather required information and obtain instruction. Support billing and collections for tax compliance and related services. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent). 1–2 years of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of 1099/1042‑S reporting systems and tax compliance rules. Ability to work independently and with a team, managing priorities and delivering client deliverables. Commit to periodic travel (5%–10%). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a professional services environment. Record in information reporting and withholding tax laws. Experience with FATCA/CRS reporting templates. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in tax software. What We Look For
