What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Transmit invoices to clients based on designated intervals, formats, and methods
Prepare weekly billing reconciliation for assigned commercial clients
Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices that are aged and fall outside standard payment terms
Participate in weekly collection meetings via Microsoft Teams
Collaborate with auction locations to collect required backup documentation for disputed invoices
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience totaling 5 years
Experience working with internal and external customers to resolve issues
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suites and Oracle 11 or 12
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Internal or contractor experience with auction services and/or finance strongly preferred
Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable is strongly preferred
