Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management, file organization, and deadline tracking. Draft and format correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and settlement documents. Request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing statements. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather and update case information. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling, and document filing (both electronic and hard copy). Support attorneys with trial preparation and document production as needed. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a plaintiff personal injury firm or similar litigation environment. Working knowledge of Missouri civil procedure and local court filing practices. Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software. Ability to step in quickly, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision. Seniority Level
