Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions Manage title and survey reviews, and communicate findings to attorneys and clients Coordinate closings, including liaising with lenders, realtors, clients, and title companies Order and analyze title commitments, lien searches, and municipal lien letters Draft and organize closing statements, deeds, affidavits, and other legal documents Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files from contract to post-closing Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a real estate paralegal role Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, title review, and closing procedures Proficiency with real estate software Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines What You'll Love:
