Legal Recruiter | Business Solutions Manager Adams & Martin group is partnering with a well‑established firm seeking an exceptional Legal Assistant to support our Estate Planning Practice Group. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, responsible, highly organized, and brings strong experience in estate planning and trust administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a fast‑paced workload. Minimum of two years experience in estate planning and post‑death trust administration, proven probate court filing experience. Current Notary Public commission required, legal secretary certification preferred but not mandatory. Excellent research, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, strong ethical standards, commitment to strict confidentiality. Proficiency in word processing, ProLaw, Judicial Council Forms, Outlook for email and calendaring, advanced document formatting essential.
