Your Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via social media channels.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing information on products and services.
Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback and engagement opportunities.
Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Previous experience in customer support or social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and enthusiastic team player.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is highly desirable.
