Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and service. Communicate effectively in Danish to address inquiries and provide customized solutions for business needs. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely and accurate support in a team environment. Qualifications
Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous. Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with corporate clients effectively. Capability to understand and respond to complex client requirements. Excellent organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing client satisfaction. Benefits
