Your Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various communication channels. Assist customers with inquiries regarding banking products and services, offering accurate information and solutions. Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in regular training to enhance your knowledge of banking regulations and service improvements. Qualifications
Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience in customer support or the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive team player with a positive attitude. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Benefits
