Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage check‑in/check‑out for spa services

Schedule treatments and maintain accurate appointment records

Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash

Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Support spa team operations and guest service standards

Assist with spa setup, linen restocking, and facility upkeep when needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a luxury spa or resort setting preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction

Familiarity with spa software systems is a plus

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for product handling and setup

Manual dexterity for computer and phone use

Capacity to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Must be able to work indoors in a front‑of‑house environment with constant guest interaction
