We’re looking for a
Litigation Paralegal
to support attorneys in complex commercial cases. This role offers the chance to work on high-level matters while contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do: Lead case prep and manage litigation timelines Organize case files and track critical deadlines Handle e-filings across state, federal, and appellate courts Conduct legal research and document analysis Draft and edit pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Prepare deposition summaries and trial materials Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
What You Bring: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (commercial litigation preferred) Strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms and processes is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Parking (fully covered)
