Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal
to support the Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. What You’ll Do Provide direct support to the Managing Partner on commercial litigation matters Draft, review, and manage legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.) Maintain case files, calendars, and court deadlines Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all legal documentation ✅
