Litigation Paralegal – Adams & Martin Group National law firm is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their Downtown Los Angeles team. The Litigation Paralegal will provide support to attorneys for the full life cycle of cases including during trials, mediations and arbitration. The ideal Litigation Paralegal candidate will have 7+ years of civil litigation experience, proficiency with all aspects of litigation and recent courtroom experience.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Preparing a range of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Reviewing and analyzing discovery materials both electronic and hard copy

Trial preparation including witness binders, exhibits, electronic presentations, etc.

Assist in creating and maintaining case chronologies, indices and case files

Assisting with trial logistics including setting up the war room, securing necessary equipment, and set up of files and exhibits in the courtroom

Requirements:

5+ years of civil litigation defense experience

Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliant attestation or declaration
